Job Description

Job description The Forensic Interviewer will conduct forensic interviews of children who are suspected victims of abuse using research-based interview protocols and techniques and testify in civil and criminal court. The Forensic Interviewer will be expected to work closely and effectively with multidisciplinary team members, facilitating and actively participating in multidisciplinary team meetings, and peer review. This position will also testify in court and may provide backup advocacy services for children and families when needed. We are looking for candidates who are organized, self-motivated, and work well with a team. Seeking candidates possessing a Criminal Justice and/or psychology degree, or ND licensure as a Counselor or Social Worker (LAPC, LPC, LPCC, LBSW, LCSW) is preferred, but not required.

Full-time Pay:
$26.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week The candidate selected for hire may be eligible for a one-time $2000.00 hiring bonus after successfully completing Forensic Interviewer training and a 6-month probationary period. Candidates successfully completing one year of service may be eligible for an additional $2000.00 retention bonus.
