Job Summary If you are looking for a part-time position, with a monthly assignment, that allows a flexible schedule, we have the opportunity for you! This is perfect for retired nurses or nurses looking to supplement their income. We are currently hiring organized, professional workers to conduct post-discharge telephone assessments from home. Set your own hours, working Monday through Sunday, days and evenings, to meet your weekly goals. Hours will vary from week to week to meet goals and usually requires a minimum of 6-8 hours weekly, depending on your assignment. Candidates should be organized, self-driven and able to work independently. You must live locally in the Buffalo area, as weekly drop-offs at our Williamsville office on Mondays, 8am-5pm are required. Pay is per completed assessment starting at $6, average range $30=$40 per hour. A two-day orientation is held. Responsibilities and Requirements Conduct functional assessments by telephone. Work as necessary, days, evenings and weekends, to meet weekly goals. Drop-off completed assessments each Monday at our Williamsville office. Complete required training. Valid RN or LPN license in good standing.

$30.00 - $36.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 8.0 per week
