As a Screener, you will play a crucial role in our intake process by evaluating potential cases and conducting initial client interviews. This position requires strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine interest in helping clients navigate their legal issues. Responsibilities Conduct initial phone interviews with prospective clients to assess their legal needs. Gather and analyze relevant information to determine the viability of potential cases. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case evaluations. Collaborate with attorneys to provide a seamless intake experience. Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards during the screening process. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting potential new clients with inquiries and directing them as needed. Other duties as assigned. Experience High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a legal setting is preferred but not required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. Proficient in using office software and legal management systems. Spanish speaker preferred, not required.
