Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Telephone Interviewers. In this role, you will be responsible for calling respondents to conduct surveys over the phone. Your primary goal will be to collect accurate and meaningful data that contributes to our research objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential respondents to conduct surveys. Reading a predetermined script word for word and following survey guidelines. Record responses accurately and efficiently in the data collection system. Maintain confidentiality of respondent information. Communicate professionally and effectively with respondents. Address any questions or concerns respondents may have regarding the survey. Willingness to grow and receive feedback. Be a team player.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow scripts and instructions precisely. Comfortable working with computer systems and data entry. Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is a plus but not required. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.

Work Schedule:

Weekdays:

2:00 PM

• 10:00 PM, Monday

• Friday Weekends:

  11:00 AM
• 7:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday Weekends are heavily encouraged; we have plenty of work on Saturdays and Sundays!
