Job Description

We're seeking Temporary Interviewers to support a specialized research project beginning in late July/early August. Training is tentatively scheduled for July 29, with the project expected to run from August 3 through August 28, with the possibility of ending early or extending a few days based on project needs. In this role, you'll conduct survey calls using provided scripts and collect information from business contacts for an important research initiative. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate records.
Pay:
$20.00/hour
Available Calling Hours:
Monday•
Thursday:
9:00 AM•8:00
PM Central Friday:
9:00 AM•5:00 PM Central Flexible shifts between 4 and 8 hours Minimum shift length of 4 hours
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound survey calls using provided scripts and contact lists. Follow up via phone and email to reach appropriate contacts. Complete surveys with a focus on quality conversations and accurate data collection. Document responses, call history, and notes in project systems. Verify and update contact information as needed. Manage time effectively and maintain accurate records. Attend required project training and meetings.
Qualifications:
Previous call center, customer service, interviewing, or outbound calling experience preferred. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. Comfortable learning and navigating multiple computer systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and general computer applications. Ability to work independently and manage follow-up activities effectively. Reliable attendance throughout the project duration. #MMAS
