- Manage attorneys' calendars, scheduling meetings, hearings, and depositions.
- Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel regarding scheduling matters.
- Prepare and send out calendar reminders and notices.
- Assist with the organization and maintenance of case files and documents.
- Support the legal team with administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications
- Previous experience as a calendar clerk, paralegal, or in a legal administrative role preferred.
- Familiarity with workers' compensation laws and procedures is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software.
