  • $50/hour LHH is recruiting on behalf of a confidential law firm client seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary to join its Irvine office.
This is a newly created position supporting a collaborative team of attorneys with a primary focus on labor & employment and civil litigation matters. Responsibilities Support approximately 2-3 attorneys with litigation and administrative needs Prepare, format, proofread, and file legal documents in state and federal courts Manage court filings, calendaring, and litigation deadlines Draft and prepare Tables of Authorities and Tables of Contents Assist with motions, pleadings, discovery, and case management Coordinate service of process and litigation-related correspondence Maintain attorney calendars and provide administrative support for workplace investigations and litigation matters Assist with billing, invoicing, and other office administration functions as needed Support technology-driven initiatives and process improvements within the firm Qualifications 5+ years of litigation legal secretary experience preferred Labor & Employment experience strongly preferred, but not required Proficiency with state and federal e-filing procedures Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures and court rules Experience preparing pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and related litigation materials Familiarity with calendaring systems and litigation deadline management Advanced Microsoft Office skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software and processes Paralegal experience or education is a plus Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.lhh.com/us/en/candidate-privacy The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: The California Fair Chance Act Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for
