Our small office emphasizes a family friendly, congenial and rewarding work environment with focus on work-life balance. We are a civil litigation firm that partners with insurance carriers, third party administrators, businesses and individuals throughout California primarily in insurance defense of personal injury, general liability and habitability matters. Responsibilities Manage legal documents and case files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Conduct research to support ongoing cases. Assist in litigation processes, including document review and preparation for court. Maintain office organization and manage schedules using Microsoft Outlook. Provide overall legal, secretarial and administrative support, including data entry and filing. Collaborate with attorneys on cases and marketing initiatives The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualities:
  • self-motivated with excellent time management and strong work ethic
  • positive "can-do" attitude and good sense of humor
  • strong interpersonal skills and effective marketing ability
  • Trial preparation experience highly preferred Must be able to work independently and in team environment and proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and E-filing.
