Are you ananized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment? RHF is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to provide critical administrative and legal support to our Assistant General Counsel and Law Department.

This is an exciting opportunity to be a trusted partner within a collaborative legal team while supporting ananization dedicated to improving lives through affordable housing andmunity services. What You'll Do

As our Legal Secretary, you will play a key role in supporting legal operations across theanization by:

Preparing, proofreading, and managing legal correspondence, agreements, reports, and other legal documents

Maintaining confidential legal files, contracts, corporate records, andpliance documentation

Coordinating calendars, meetings, deadlines, and departmental activities

Supporting litigation matters through documentanization, tracking, and records management

Processing invoices, legal billings, expense reports, and departmental administrative requests

Serving as a liaison between the Law Department, employees, outside counsel, vendors, and other stakeholders

Managing records retention, document archiving, and retrieval processes

Providing exceptional administrative support while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Legal Secretary, Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or similar legal support role

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

Exceptionalanizational and time management skills

Strong written and verbalmunication abilities

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound professional judgment

Preferred Qualifications

Additional legal, business, or administrative education or training

Experience supporting attorneys, in-house counsel, or corporate legal departments

Active Notary Public Commission, or the ability to obtain and maintain one
