Description Robert Half Legal is partnering with a boutique complex commercial litigation firm in Century City in its search for a Litigation Legal Secretary. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished and detail-oriented legal support professional who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and is looking for the potential to transition into a permanent role. Key Responsibilities

+ Provide high-level administrative and litigation support to attorneys handling complex commercial litigation matters

+ Prepare, revise, and format legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, and discovery materials

+ Manage court filings in state and federal courts, including e-filing

+ Maintain case files, calendars, and deadlines to ensure timely handling of litigation matters

+ Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and other case-related events

+ Handle attorney time entry, billing support, expense reports, and other administrative tasks

+ Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and vendors

+ Assist with trial preparation, including binders, exhibits, and document organization Requirements Qualifications + 3+ years of experience as a legal secretary or litigation secretary, ideally within commercial litigation

+ Strong knowledge of state and federal court filing procedures

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel

+ Experience with calendaring litigation deadlines and supporting multiple attorneys

+ Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
