The firm is seeking a sharp, proactive Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant to support a high-volume Commercial Litigation team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in accuracy, and enjoys being the organizational backbone for busy attorneys. Responsibilities Draft, edit, and format correspondence and litigation documents File and e-file pleadings in state and federal courts (including
ECF/PACER
) Manage complex calendaring and litigation deadlines Schedule depositions, meetings, and court-related events Coordinate attorney travel and prepare detailed expense reports Maintain organized files and handle accurate time entry Review and edit monthly prebills Assist with additional administrative needs as required by the litigation team Qualifications 3+ years of litigation support experience , preferably in commercial litigation Strong calendaring skills with deep knowledge of litigation timelines Hands-on filing/e-filing experience in both state and federal courts Proficiency with MS Office and experience with document management and timekeeping systems Excellent writing, grammar, proofreading, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines with precision and professionalism A dependable team player who can also work independently and anticipate needs Highly detail-oriented, flexible, and able to thrive under pressure Why This Role Stands Out Join a growing, well-established litigation team in a major market Work in a supportive, people-first culture where administrative talent is truly valued Competitive compensation and strong benefits Predictable schedule: 8:00 AM
