The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment. Responsibilities Prepare and process litigation documents, including correspondence, pleadings, briefs, and discovery Calendar deadlines, hearings, depositions, meetings, and trial dates Manage federal and state court filings, including electronic filing procedures (ECF / PACER) Assist with preparation of Tables of Contents and Tables of Authorities Support attorneys throughout all stages of litigation Qualifications 2 - 3 years of civil litigation assistant experience Strong knowledge of federal and state court rules and e-filing procedures Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and PDF software Excellent communication, organizational, and administrative skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to take initiative and work independently Paralegal Certificate preferred, but not required
Additional Information Compensation:
