Job Description

A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary to support attorneys in a fast-paced legal environment. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced with California litigation procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and file legal documents and pleadings
  • Manage attorney calendars and court deadlines
  • Coordinate depositions, hearings, and meetings
  • Maintain case files and litigation records
  • Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of litigation legal secretary experience preferred
  • Knowledge of California court rules and e-filing
  • Strong Microsoft Office and proofreading skills
