Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented legal team member to join our team on a Contract basis. This opportunity is ideal for someone with law firm experience who is comfortable reviewing conflict-related information, supporting attorneys, and managing a steady volume of requests in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on conflict analysis, legal research, and accurate documentation while maintaining confidentiality and strong communication across teams.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming conflict review requests and organize them for timely completion.
  • Conduct database searches and evaluate results to identify possible conflicts of interest involving clients, matters, and related parties.
  • Investigate business relationships by researching corporate structures, affiliated entities, parent organizations, and subsidiaries.
  • Examine court records, filings, and other legal materials to confirm case details and party information.
  • Communicate with attorneys and internal staff to clarify issues, provide updates, and support resolution of conflict-related questions.
  • Prepare concise written summaries of research findings and document relevant details for review.
  • Maintain accurate logs and tracking records to ensure requests are handled thoroughly and within expected deadlines.
  • Partner with legal and administrative teams on conflict review and new matter intake activities as needed.
