IP Litigation Secretary/Assistant

San Francisco, CA Direct-Hire $90000.00 - $125000.00 Hybrid Job Description IP Litigation Secretary/Assistant San Francisco | $90,000 - $125,000 (Depending on Experience) Our client is seeking an experienced IP Litigation Secretary to support attorneys in a fast-paced Intellectual Property Litigation practice. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while delivering exceptional client service. Qualifications 5+ years of IP litigation support experience (required)

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Experience with ECF filings, document management systems, billing, and time entry

Excellent communication, proofreading, and organizational skills Responsibilities Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and filings

Coordinate state and federal court filings and provide trial support

Maintain electronic and physical case files

Manage attorney calendars, travel arrangements, and client communications
