Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate attorney calendars, schedule meetings, and track important court dates and filing deadlines.
- Prepare, format, and submit legal documents through electronic court filing systems in accordance with court rules.
- Review correspondence, pleadings, and other legal materials for accuracy, grammar, and formatting before distribution or filing.
- Transcribe dictated notes, legal content, and attorney instructions into clear and accurate documents.
- Maintain organized case files and ensure records, pleadings, and supporting materials are updated and easy to retrieve.
- Communicate with courts, clients, and internal team members regarding scheduling, filings, and document requirements.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to litigation attorneys to help move matters forward efficiently.
