Job Description
Our busy general practice law firm is seeking a part-time legal secretary for a variety of administrative tasks.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Effectively communicate with clients and other professionals;
- Answer high volume of phone calls and take messages or transfer as appropriate;
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Utilize practice management software to open files, manage attorney calendars, update contacts;
- Draft correspondence;
- General file management, including opening and closing files, scanning, and filing;
- Support attorneys and paralegals as needed.
