Job Description Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail. Manage schedules, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls. Maintain and organize legal files, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality. Assist with billing processes, including preparing invoices and tracking payments. Coordinate with clients and external parties as needed for case management. Support general office operations, including ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment. Ensure compliance with legal and professional standards in all tasks. The Successful Applicant A successful Legal Secretary should have: Experience with legal document preparation and formatting. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
