Job Overview We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, and dependable Legal Secretary to join our dynamic legal team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to attorneys, ensuring the smooth operation of our law office. Your proactive approach, exceptional organizational skills, and legal research expertise will contribute significantly to the efficiency and success of our legal services. Duties Greet clients Handle administrative duties such as answering phones with professional etiquette, managing correspondence, filing documents both physically and electronically, and maintaining organized office records Schedule appointments Request medical bills and records Draft medical summaries Assist attorneys with legal case management by organizing case materials, tracking deadlines, and preparing for hearings or meetings Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy to update case management systems and maintain detailed records of client interactions and case developments Facilitate communication between clients, attorneys, court personnel, and external agencies to ensure seamless information flow Experience Prior office experience required. Prior law office experience preferred.
