Job Description
Job Overview As a Case Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting legal professionals in a law office setting. Your primary responsibilities will involve assisting with legal case management, document management, and communication with administrative hearing offices & Social Security Administration. Assist in completion of preliminary processing of federal court appeals. Duties
- Support attorneys in preparing legal documents
- Manage and organize case files
- Client intakes
- Communicate with medical professionals, clients & Social Security Administration
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to ethical standards
- Answer phones professionally and handle inquiries with proper phone etiquette Experience
- Prior experience working in a law office or legal environment is preferred
- Proven writing skills, medical terminology helpful
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for this role
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus!
