REAL ESTATE TRANSACTION COORDINATOR
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage the entire transaction process from listing to contract to closing, ensuring seamless communication between clients, agents, lenders, and attorneys. Your expertise in office management, administrative support, and customer service will drive efficiency and accuracy throughout each real estate deal. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our operations, supporting agents and clients with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate all aspects of real estate transactions, including preparing and reviewing contracts, disclosures, and closing documents. Maintain detailed transaction files with accurate data entry using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and transaction management software. Communicate effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and attorneys by phone and email to provide timely updates and resolve issues. Manage calendar appointments for showings, inspections, appraisals, and closing dates using calendar management tools and AI-enabled systems. Oversee office operations related to transaction processing, including filing documents, proofreading contracts for accuracy, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Provide exceptional customer support by assisting inquiries promptly and maintaining professional phone etiquette. Support office management tasks such as data entry and maintaining organized digital filing systems. Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within real estate or a related field, such as dental or medical reception. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel), Google Workspace (Docs and Sheets), and transaction management platforms. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette, email correspondence, and customer service excellence. Experience with clerical tasks such as proofreading, data entry, filing, and calendar management. Knowledge of real estate transaction processes; previous real estate sales experience or prior experience as a transaction coordinator is highly desirable. Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Pay:
$21.00 - $24.50 per hour
