The Administrator will support sales transactions & compliance, real estate agents and brokers to provide a cohesive team.Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Address and maintain all BrokerMint files that get submitted each day which includes a compliance check and confirming payouts.
- Use FreshDesk to answer inquiries or direct them to the correct agent/entity.
- Proactive in engaging agents in all BrokerMint files to ensure they are addressed in a proper timely manner.
- Deposit commission checks via check scanner and update financial information in Brokermint to close out files.
- Manage monthly payments from agents.
- Ensure all FREC guidelines are being followed.
- Manage subscriptions and MLS accounts.
- Onboard and offboard agents.
- Communicate with agents, brokers via email and phone and educate each party as needed.
- Attend and represent Pineywoods Realty at community and networking events.
- Prepare spreadsheets and data for the Pineywoods teams.
- Administrative, clerical tasks and any other duties assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to promote a positive image of our company.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and tact in stressful situations.
- Self starter that doesn't require constant oversight
- Active Florida Real Estate license is required
Education and Experience:
- Florida Real Estate License required
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
