Job Description
We are a real estate law firm looking for a self-motivated legal assistant to ensure smooth running of the office. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to attorneys and enhance office effectiveness Handle communication with clients and other industry professionals Draft addendums and extension requests Translate emails, phone conversations, and appointments from Spanish to English Answer and direct phone calls Maintain contact lists Monitor deadlines and schedule appointments Skills Proficiency in Spanish is required Familiarity with real estate is preferred, but not required Prior legal experience is preferred, but not required Computer literacy Excellent secretarial and organizational skills Ability to juggle multiple activities Ability to work under pressure Starting salary would be commensurate with level of experience.
