The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lending and transactional matters, exceptional organizational skills, and advanced document production capabilities. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to senior-level attorneys. Prepare, organize, and maintain loan and closing files from inception through closing. Assemble and distribute closing binders and closing packets. Manage large volumes of documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness of transactional files. Draft, revise, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and agreements. Coordinate signatures, execution copies, and post-closing documentation. Maintain calendars, schedules, and client communications as needed. Qualifications Prior experience as a Legal Secretary supporting transactional or commercial finance attorneys. Strong understanding of loan documentation and the components of a loan file. Experience preparing and compiling closing binders and closing packets. Advanced Microsoft Word skills, including complex document formatting, styles, tables of contents, cross-references, and document comparison. Excellent proofreading, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively with high-level attorneys and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
