Job Description
Hughes & Coleman Law Firm (H&C) is a growing plaintiff firm practicing personal injury law. Founded in Bowling Green, Kentucky, H&C has Kentucky offices in Louisville, Elizabethtown, and Lexington as well as in Tennessee; Nashville, Clarksville, Murfreesboro, Columbia, and Gallatin. Summary The Legal Secretary is primarily responsible for carrying out tasks assigned by the attorney including setting up new client files, generating correspondence, maintaining attorneys schedule, requesting documents, and must have the ability to juggle priorities. This position will sit at the front desk and have Front Desk Coordinator duties as well. Essential Functions Follow practices and processes that comply with appropriate laws and regulations, meet the company standards, and serve the needs of our clients. This includes a commitment to a process of continuous improvement.
