Type:

full-time Insight Global is seeking a Real Estate Services Technician I for a top engineering and infrastructure client. This candidate will support a specialized Right-of-Way team by handling property research, document management, title ordering, spreadsheet tracking, reporting, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office, and interested in building a career in real estate, land acquisition, and infrastructure-related projects. This is a strong entry-level opportunity with hands-on training and long-term growth potential. This is a 6 month contact to perm and will be in person 5 days a week.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • 0-3 years of experience in real estate, title, mortgage, paralegal, property research, or related field (if 0 years, relevant degree is required)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage spreadsheets, databases, and document tracking
  • Self-starter with an administrative/coordination mindset
  • Local Boston-area candidate

  • MBTA experience
  • Municipal permitting experience
  • GIS or database familiarity

Day-to-Day:
  • Support the ROW/Real Estate Services team with administrative and technical tasks
  • Conduct property research and order title documents
  • Organize project files, folders, and deliverables
  • Update and track information in spreadsheets and databases
  • Take meeting minutes and assist with team coordination
  • Prepare reports and project documentation
  • Assist with mailings and landowner-related communications
  • Learn and support various ROW processes and projects
