Legal Angott Search Group is pleased to partner with a leading professional services firm in the search for a Litigation Admin. This role provides high-level administrative and litigation support within a fast-paced legal environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assignments. This position requires strong judgment, professionalism, and the ability to support attorneys across a wide range of litigation-related tasks.Responsibilities:
Prioritize and manage daily assignments, exercising independent judgment to ensure urgent and high-priority tasks are completed on time. Prepare, revise, proofread, and format correspondence, legal documents, memoranda, charts, and other materials from drafts, dictation, or original sources. Handle electronic and non-electronic court filings across state, federal, and administrative tribunals. Assist with new client intake processes, including conflict checks, matter setup, and engagement letter preparation. Maintain attorney calendars, schedule meetings and court deadlines, and coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries. Assist with time entry, billing support, and invoice/expense processing as needed. Maintain both electronic and physical case files in coordination with records management.Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; some post-secondary education preferred. 3-5 years of legal administrative or litigation support experience required. Familiarity with state and federal e-filing systems (e.g., MiFile, PACER) strongly preferred. Knowledge of litigation procedures, including discovery and motion practice, is highly beneficial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required. Experience with legal document management and business systems (e.g., NetDocuments or similar) preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent grammar and proofreading ability. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
