The essential functions of this position include: Electronically file documents accurately and timely in compliance with all filing requirements. Create and maintain case files in iManage. Maintain and send daily case reports. Accurately and efficiently enter case information into databases. Pull and save files as requested. Assist in preparing materials for depositions, hearings, and other meetings. Provide administrative support to legal administrative assistants, paralegals, and attorneys. This is an entry level position; we will provide training. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Suite, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced professional environment, and strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
