Please do NOT apply unless you have paralegal, loan assistant, or real estate title experience within the last 12 months. Experience in loan processing and/or paralegal experience is
REQUIRED.
Preference towards real estate law, title, mortgage closings, Qualia software experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Draft legal documents
  • use Qualia software (training provided but prior experience is huge)
  • Interpret title work
  • Prepare loan files for closing
  • Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, sellers, and real estate agents.
  • greet customers with a warm and welcome attitude.
Skills:
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document review
  • Proficient in using document management systems such as Qualia
  • Familiarity with legal administrative procedures and terminology
  • Ability to transcribe legal documents
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with clients and colleagues
  • Knowledge of project management principles to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
