Job Description
REQUIRED.
Preference towards real estate law, title, mortgage closings, Qualia software experience.Responsibilities:
- Draft legal documents
- use Qualia software (training provided but prior experience is huge)
- Interpret title work
- Prepare loan files for closing
- Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, sellers, and real estate agents.
- greet customers with a warm and welcome attitude.
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document review
- Proficient in using document management systems such as Qualia
- Familiarity with legal administrative procedures and terminology
- Ability to transcribe legal documents
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with clients and colleagues
- Knowledge of project management principles to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
