Seeking a bilingual (Spanish) legal secretary/office manager Answering phones, taking messages, and greeting clients Organizing and ordering office supplies, maintaining Sr. attorneys calendar, and handling mail Printing and organizing closing packages Coordinating and scheduling closings Responding to inquiries from agents, borrowers, lenders and attorneys to resolve discrepancies Post-closing issues and responsibilities Supporting attorneys The candidate must have strong attention to detail, good communication skills and be a disciplined organizer and collaborative worker. The candidate must be proficient in Word and generally have good computer skills. Monday-Friday 9:30am-5:30pm. Competitive salary, commensurate with experience.

$35,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
