Full Job Description Benefits:
Dental insurance, Flexible schedule, Health insurance, Paid time off, Vision insurance Job description We are currently sourcing a production supervisor for a food manufacturing facility located in Cary, NC. Applicants should have experience in manufacturing, mechanically inclined, flexible with scheduling.
Schedule:
Monday - Thursday 6PM - 4:00 AM Job duties include but are not limited to:
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to enhance individual and team performance
  • Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are known and followed
  • Build teamwork by treating people with respect and encouraging cooperation, involvement, and information sharing
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, FDA, and other regulatory product safety requirements
  • Maintain and ensure manufacturing and quality control
  • Establish effective working relationship with contributing departments within the plant
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with employees, supervisors and teammates
  • Act as a team player and be able to interact with staff at all levels of the company
  • Demonstrate time-management skills with the ability to work independently #
CPC Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
