Job Description

A respected law firm is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Legal Process Specialist to provide exceptional document production and administrative support to attorneys and professional staff. This position plays an important role in supporting the firm's commitment to delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality service to its clients. The ideal candidate will have advanced technical skills, strong attention to detail, excellent proofreading abilities, and the ability to manage confidential and time-sensitive legal documents in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Create, revise, format, and proofread complex legal and business documents. Perform advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook functions. Manage tables of contents and authorities, cross-references, bookmarks, track changes, redlines/blacklines, mail merges, and document styles. Convert, clean, troubleshoot, and format documents across applications. Prepare PDFs, electronic closing binders, and linked tables of contents. Perform transcription using available software and provide general administrative support. Assist with printing, copying, time entry, and other service center needs. Maintain confidentiality and deliver accurate work under tight deadlines. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 5+ years of administrative, word processing, or related technical experience. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. Strong proofreading, written and verbal communication, and customer service skills. Ability to learn new software and document management systems. Strong attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to adjust hours based on business needs. Pay:
Up to $85,000.00 per year
