We are looking for an Administrative Business Partner to support daily operations for a real estate and property organization. This Contract position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, communicates clearly with internal stakeholders, and keeps business records organized and accurate. The role focuses on administrative coordination, document management, and timely responses to routine requests while following established office procedures.
Responsibilities:
  • Organize and maintain office files, mailing records, inventory logs, and database entries to ensure information remains accurate and accessible.
  • Prepare, duplicate, categorize, and archive business documents related to operational and office activities.
  • Examine records and supporting documentation to locate needed details and provide responses to routine internal requests.
  • Address standard questions or concerns from colleagues, clients, and supervisors in a thorough and service-oriented manner.
  • Communicate information clearly to internal teams using written instructions, brief correspondence, and verbal updates.
  • Follow established workflows and administrative procedures to complete recurring tasks with accuracy and consistency.
  • Resolve straightforward administrative issues by applying existing guidelines and escalating more complex matters when needed.
  • Produce dependable day-to-day support under close direction while meeting defined quality and timing expectations.
