Position Overview Support the RRL teams through the product development and production lifecycle. Partner with Design, Merchandising, Technical Design, and Regional Sourcing Offices to assist with material development, sample management, production tracking, and system maintenance to help ensure seasonal milestones and delivery dates are achieved. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist with tracking materials, product development, and production milestones throughout the product lifecycle. Follow up on material and product deliveries to support on-time seasonal execution. Support the development of materials that meet the aesthetic, functional, quality, and cost objectives of the brand. Assist with seasonal costing activities by requesting costing information from vendors and maintaining accurate information in systems. Partner with cross-functional teams to track approvals of fabrics, trims, samples, and bulk submissions. Organize, tag, and maintain records for all incoming and outgoing submits and samples. Maintain accurate delivery, costing, and product information in PLM, GFE+, Airtable, and other applicable systems. Support the creation and maintenance of purchase orders and related product information. Participate in weekly work-in-progress meetings with internal teams and regional sourcing partners. Send and receive packages using appropriate courier services and maintain tracking records for physical submits and samples. Escalate issues, delays, or concerns to manager or team leadership and assist with follow-up activities as needed. Provide general administrative and operational support to the Product Management team. Experience, Skills, and Knowledge Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required. PLM, GFE+, and Airtable experience preferred. Collaborative team player with a willingness to learn. Experience or internship exposure in product development, production, materials, or a related field preferred. #LI-CE1
