Prepares and files documents for court cases. Works with supervision from an attorney or paralegal; may handle paralegal tasks.

Job Description

Applicant should have experience as a legal secretary. The applicant should be capable of handling all aspects of litigation discovery including preparing Bills of Particulars for personal injury matters. Applicant must have ability to use Microsoft Word as well as an operating system utilized by the office known as Time Matters. Applicant must be well organized, capable of handling a calendar as well as an ability to work in tandem with other legal professionals. Salary commensurate with experience. After a probationary period the applicant is eligible to participate in the firm 401k pension plan and Health Insurance coverage. Both will require employee contributions.
