Provides administrative and clerical support to the Prosecutor's Office, including drafting, formatting, and managing legal documents and correspondence. Schedules appointments and court dates, maintains case files, communicates with court personnel and other law enforcement partners, files documents, and ensures deadlines are met. Performs receptionist services and a variety of other tasks, as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Good spelling, punctuation, grammar, proofreading, and math skills, along with proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) are required. Applicants must have the ability to prepare, review, and format legal documents and correspondence accurately. Applicants should be able to maintain schedules, keep accurate records, and handle sensitive information confidentially. The successful applicant will possess a high level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Applicants must be able to work under pressure and handle multiple deadlines. Applicants should have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team environment.
Pay:
$20.51 - $20.97 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
