Entry Level Title Company Intake & Admin Position Overview We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Entry-Level Intake to join our title company. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service, and keeping information organized. The successful candidate will be one of the first points of contact for clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other professionals. This role involves answering incoming calls, gathering and entering information, opening new orders, and assisting with the day-to-day administrative needs of the title office. Key Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other business partners. Gather and accurately enter information needed to open new title orders. Review incoming requests and documents for completeness. Enter and maintain customer and transaction information in company systems. Communicate with clients and real estate professionals regarding the status of intake and required information. Route questions and requests to the appropriate title, escrow, or closing team member. Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating office communications. Scan, upload, organize, and maintain electronic and paper documents. Follow established procedures for handling confidential customer and transaction information. Provide general administrative support to the title and closing departments. Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service, receptionist, administrative, or office experience preferred but not required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional and friendly telephone manner. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced office environment. Comfortable learning new computer programs and office systems. Ability to handle confidential information professionally. Strong organizational and follow-through skills. Real estate, title, escrow, or mortgage experience is a plus, but training will be provided. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is dependable, personable, and comfortable speaking with people on the phone. They should be willing to learn the title and real estate process, ask questions when needed, and take pride in providing accurate and helpful service. Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
