Job Description

Bonial & Associates, P.C. represents creditors in foreclosure, bankruptcy and related litigation matters. We emphasize quality, compliance and risk management. We also deliver quality legal services with an emphasis on demonstrable subject matter expertise, domain knowledge and the highest levels of compliance and professional responsibility. BPC is seeking candidates interested in a an Office Assistant role within the foreclosure division. This is a Monday thru Friday, in-office position.
KEY JOB DUTIES
Entry of data and documents into the internal case management system for items pertaining to the completion of the foreclosure file. Ensure required notices and documents are prepared, received, mailed, and recorded in accordance with client, company, investor, state, and government agency guidelines. Update client systems with documents or message detail per client work standards. Perform other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong time management skills. Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma with 3-5 years of verifiable work experience required (will consider bachelor's degree in lieu of work experience) Why BPC?
