We are a litigation firm specializing in insurance defense, seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Legal Secretary to support 3 attorneys. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex litigation tasks, including handling large volumes of exhibits and coordinating intricate witness schedules for trial. Most of our cases involve medical malpractice defense and come with a degree of complexity. This role requires interaction with clients and witnesses and involves a range of administrative duties.Key Responsibilities:
Manage attorneys' calendars and ensure adherence to client litigation guidelines. Handle correspondence, copy documents, and maintain electronic case files. Manage dictation and prepare pleadings. Book travel arrangements for out-of-state depositions. Assist in managing large loads of exhibits and complex witness scheduling for trial.Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a legal secretary, with 3-5 years preferred. Experience working with attorneys involved in trials and managing complex litigation tasks preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle client and witness contact professionally.Location:
