What You'll Do Coordinate contracts, development agreements, leases, and project documentation. Maintain project schedules, milestone trackers, and reporting systems that help keep development and redevelopment projects moving forward. Support asset management activities by monitoring lease renewals, inspections, insurance certificates, reporting deadlines, and property-related obligations. Serve as Board Secretary by coordinating board and committee meetings, preparing agendas and materials, recording minutes, maintaining official records, and ensuring governance compliance. Maintain organized, audit-ready files for contracts, resolutions, board actions, and other key organizational records. Assist with community engagement efforts by organizing stakeholder meetings, public meetings, special events, and follow-up communications. Maintain stakeholder and partner databases while supporting relationship-building efforts throughout the Tulsa community. Develop and improve tracking tools, templates, and administrative processes that increase efficiency and consistency across the department. Provide administrative and project support to the Real EstateAsset Management team and contribute to special projects that advance PartnerTulsa's mission. You'll Know You're a Good Fit If You... Have working knowledge of real estate, contract administration, project management or economic development. Have previous experience with revieing and interpreting legal documents like contracts, leases, or agreements. Are proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic document management systems. Posses excellent written and verbal communication skills. Are able to build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders in the Tulsa community.
