Overview:
FULLY ON-SITE ROLE!

• Previous administrative, clerical, reception, customer service, legal support, or law office experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional telephone presence Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Accurate typing and document-formatting abilities Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and shifting priorities Consistent employment history demonstrating reliability and professional commitment Ability to work

FULLY ON-SITE

Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

DUTIES:

Answer and direct incoming telephone calls professionally Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with a friendly and welcoming attitude Assist with opening, sorting, and distributing daily mail Draft, format, proofread, and revise correspondence and other documents Provide direct administrative and clerical support to attorneys Maintain organized physical and electronic files Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and document preparation Monitor messages and ensure communications are directed appropriately Help maintain an organized and professional reception and office environment Assist coworkers with administrative projects and daily office needs Recognize when additional help is needed and take initiative without requiring constant direction Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Perform additional administrative and legal-support responsibilities as needed
