Duties Organize and maintain legal case files, ensuring accurate filing and easy retrieval of documents Conduct thorough legal research on procedural law, litigation processes, and relevant case law to support attorneys Draft legal documents, correspondence, reports, and summaries with clarity and attention to detail Enter data into case management systems accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date case records Assist with court filings, document submissions, and adherence to courtroom procedures Handle confidential information with integrity, ensuring compliance with privacy standards Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to internal requests and external inquiries related to cases Skills Strong research skills with the ability to analyze legal information effectively Paralegal or legal administrative experience preferred, especially within litigation or procedural law contexts Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with legal case management software Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of court procedures, legal terminology, and courtroom protocol Skilled in data entry, typing, filing, and clerical tasks with high accuracy levels Exceptional writing skills for drafting clear legal documents and correspondence Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills Experience in legal research, litigation support, and administrative duties related to court proceedings Join us as a Case Administrator and be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional legal support.
