Job Description

Our client is seeking a Bilingual Legal Coordinator/Processor to support the settlement and document processing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with legal experience who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. This is a HYBRID opportunity in Novato, CA.
What You'll Do:
Prepare, review, and process legal settlement and release documents Communicate with clients by phone, email, and DocuSign to obtain completed paperwork Upload and track legal documents through internal systems and trust portals Maintain accurate records and ensure all deadlines are met Answer client questions and provide updates throughout the process Work closely with attorneys and legal staff to support case resolution
What We're Looking For:
