part-time Bethesda, Maryland | Hybrid | 30-35 Hours Per Week High producing real estate team is looking for an experienced, highly organized Real Estate Team Administrator to help keep a busy real estate team running smoothly. This person will manage the administrative details that protect the team's time and keep contracts, communication, scheduling, and marketing projects moving forward.

Key responsibilities:
  • Organize and help manage business email
  • Prioritize messages and maintain consistent follow-up
  • Receive and review incoming contracts and transaction documents
  • Identify missing signatures, dates, disclosures, or supporting information
  • Enter transaction information and track important deadlines
  • Maintain organized files, calendars, checklists, and team systems
  • Coordinate routine communication with clients, agents, lenders, title companies, attorneys, and vendors
  • Assist with listing and team marketing projects
  • Recognize when a matter requires the attention team leaders. We're looking for someone who is:
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
  • Responsive, proactive, and dependable
  • Comfortable managing competing priorities
  • Professional and discreet
  • A clear and confident communicator
  • Familiar with residential contracts and the transaction process
  • Comfortable with real estate technology and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Able to take ownership of routine matters while knowing when to ask for direction Previous real estate administration, transaction coordination, brokerage, or agent-support experience is preferred.

An active real estate license is strongly preferred.

Schedule:

Approximately 30-35 hours per week

Compensation:

Approximately $25-$30 per hour
