This is an exceptional opportunity for a legal professional with 5+ years of labor and employment and civil litigation experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to a team of attorneys while helping ensure the efficient management of complex litigation matters from inception through resolution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering outstanding client service. Litigation Legal Secretary Key Responsibilities:
Draft, edit, and format legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings related to labor and employment matters. Handle federal and state e-filing for motions, briefs, and other court documents. Maintain and organize case files, calendars, and deadlines for multiple attorneys. Prepare discovery responses and assist with document production. Provide administrative support to attorneys across multiple U.S. offices. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
