Maintain organized electronic files and manage documents in iManage. Ability to manage multiple attorneys and competing priorities, meet time sensitive deadlines, proofread accurately, communicate effectively and anticipate the needs of the team. Problem solve, think independently, and undertake projects with minimum supervision in a timely and efficient manner. Provide responsive, proactive support to attorneys and clients. Ability to work effectively and professionally with both internal and external clients on all levels. Assist with scheduling hearings, depositions and mediations. Work in a team environment. Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements. Handle processing of invoices and expenses. Handle electronic filings with the various courts. Other duties in compliance with Standards of Quality for Practice Support Specialists. What You'll Bring A minimum of 2+ years of legal experience. Experience supporting attorneys in litigation, including knowledge of state and federal court procedures and e-filing. Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints. Ability to proofread material for contextual, grammatical, typographic, or spelling errors. Ability and desire to learn. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Products. Proficient in document management.
