Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee complex attorney calendars by tracking court appearances, depositions, discovery timelines, response dates, and other case-related deadlines.
- Coordinate meetings and legal proceedings by arranging schedules with clients, courts, and external vendors while managing related logistics.
- Prepare, edit, and finalize legal correspondence, pleadings, and other case documents with strong attention to grammar, format, and accuracy.
- Assemble organized materials for hearings, depositions, and trials, including exhibits, binders, and supporting documentation.
- Submit pleadings and related materials through electronic court filing systems in accordance with jurisdictional requirements.
- Maintain case files, docket information, and sensitive legal records with a high level of confidentiality and organization.
- Support travel planning tied to legal proceedings, including reservations, itinerary coordination, and expense reimbursement processing.
- Provide additional administrative and litigation support as needed to assist attorneys and keep matters moving efficiently.
