Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an exceptional bilingual professional who is organized, resourceful, and committed to excellence to join our law firm. The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands that success comes from accuracy, accountability, and a willingness to help wherever needed. Responsibilities Preparing and reviewing legal forms and documents. Drafting letters, correspondence, and legal templates. Organizing and maintaining electronic and physical client files. Communicating with clients by phone, email, and in person in both English and Spanish. Scheduling appointments, meetings, and court dates. Managing incoming mail, certified mail, and document deliveries. Assisting with billing, invoices, and payment tracking. Filing, scanning, copying, and organizing documents. Providing general support to attorneys and staff as needed. Required Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written). Exceptional attention to detail. Strong writing and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software. Professional, dependable, and positive attitude. Experience working in a law office or other professional office environment. Experience drafting documents or completing forms. Familiarity with Google Workspace. The Ideal Candidate Loves organization and creating order. Enjoys learning and continuously improving. Can identify missing information before being asked. Is proactive rather than waiting for instructions. Is comfortable balancing legal work with administrative responsibilities.
