Role Description The Admin Asst/Intake Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Norfolk, VA. This position is responsible for managing incoming calls, greeting clients, and handling initial intake information in a professional and courteous manner. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling appointments, maintaining client records, organizing files, and providing general clerical and administrative support to attorneys and staff. The role also involves preparing basic correspondence, managing office supplies, and assisting with document routing and data entry to ensure accurate and timely case processing. The Admin Asst/Intake Specialist works closely with the legal team to support smooth office operations and a positive client experience.
