Job Description

Overview Biller/Coder is responsible for daily posting of office, laboratory and hospital charges. Post office cash, credit and ROA's taken daily from clinic and satellite clinics and Physical Therapy. Must be able to step in for ticket coder/scrubber when needed. Help assist supervisor to maintain other duties as needed.

Timely posting of daily charge tickets, office, labs, hospital and satellite clinics Timely posting of daily copayments from clinic Posting of Physical Therapy charges and ROA's Accurate 10 key with a knowledge of ICD-9, CPT, and use of computer and other office equipment Timely scrubbing for in office encounters and other duties needed in the department
Qualifications:
